• 10/11: Meeting with APB Chairman, APB Executive Administrator and the five board commissioners to review the parole guidelines decision-making factors and discuss interviewing techniques.
• 10/11: Meeting with APB Executive Administrator to discuss training for revocation hearing judges.
• 10/11: Meeting with AAC Chief Legal Counsel to discuss next steps for selecting and training jail administrators on mental health and substance abuse screening tools.
• 10/12: Meeting with ACC Director and ACC Chief Deputy Director to discuss technical assistance needs and remaining subaward needs for the final application.
• 10/12: Meeting with ACC Assistant Director for Residential Services to discuss feedback on facilitation and skill-building training conducted by University of Cincinnati.
• 10/12: Meeting with Act 423 Interagency Task Force Chair and 32nd District Senator to provide implementation updates and discuss the agenda for the next Task Force meeting in December.
• 10/12: Meeting with APB Executive Administrator, ACC Research and Evaluation Administrator, ADC Research and Planning Administrator, ADC Mental Health Administrator, ADC Public Information Officer, and SOCNA Administrator (ADC) to discuss agency coordination on the implementation of parole guidelines and the ARORA-Prison Release Instrument.
• 10/12: Meeting with Senior Criminal Justice Advisor (Governor's Office) to brief him on Act 423 implementation and discuss CSG Justice Center Phase II technical assistance.

• 10/25 - Meeting with JRI Coordinator (Governor’s Office) and approximately 30 Conway county criminal justice and other community stakeholders to provide updates on Act 423 and CSU implementation process
• 10/26 - Meeting with CSU planning stakeholders including JRI Coordinator (Governor’s Office), DBHS Assistant Director for Adult Services, DBHS Assistant Director for Quality Assurance, and Act 423 Interagency Task Force Chair to prepare for morning and afternoon meetings
• 10/26 - Meeting of the Community-Based Crisis Intervention Planning Team with JRI Coordinator (Governor’s Office), DBHS Assistant Director for Adult Services, Sebastian County Prosecuting Attorney, CLEST Director, Act 423 Interagency Task Force Chair, DBHS Clinical Manager, DBHS Manager, CJI Director, Executive Director (Mid-South Health Systems), DBHS Assistant Director for Quality Assurance, and DBHS Director to discuss plans for CIT team training for law enforcement officers and share updates on county CSU implementation.

• 10/9: Call with JRI Coordinator (Governor’s Office) and DBHS Assistant Director for Adult Services to discuss county progress with planning for Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) implementation and Crisis Intervention Team training for law enforcement officers.
• 10/9: Call with APB Chairman and APB Executive Administrator to discuss talking points for the parole guidelines to assist APB in answering questions regarding its design and intersection with the ARORA-PRI.
• 10/13: CSU Weekly Technical Assistance Call with DBHS Assistant Director for Adult Services, DBHS Assistant Director for Quality Assurance, DBHS Clinical Manager, and DBHS Manager, Sebastian County Judge, and other representatives of the four counties opening CSUs to share updates on planning progress and discuss best practices and steps for setting up Criminal Justice Advisory Committees to coordinate county criminal justice initiatives.
• 10/19: Call with AAC Chief Legal Counsel, ASA Executive Director, JRI Coordinator (Governor’s Office), and ACIC Director to discuss changes to ACIC's jail database to improve collection of behavioral health information.
• 10/20: Call with DFA Administrator, ACC Chief Deputy Director, and ACC Controller to check in on finalizing DFA's subaward agreement with CSG and inter-agency agreement between DFA and ACC for subaward reimbursement.
• 10/20: Call with APB Chairman and APB Executive Administrator to discuss technical assistance next steps for implementation parole guidelines.
• 10/23: Meeting of the County Planning and Data Collection Issue-Specific Team with AAC Chief Legal Counsel, ASA Executive Director, Deputy Pulaski County Attorney, ACIC Director, Act 423 Interagency Task Force Chair, AOC Legal Services Director, ACC Program Management Administrator, and Executive Director (Mid-South Health Systems) to discuss updates for selecting behavioral health and risk screening tools and providing training to county jails and discuss plans for improving data collection on behavioral health and other information from county jails.
• 10/27: CSU Weekly Technical Assistance Call with DBHS Assistant Director for Adult Services, DBHS Assistant Director for Quality Assurance, DBHS Clinical Manager, DBHS Manager, JRI Coordinator (Governor’s Office), Act 423 Interagency Task Force Chair and representatives of the four counties opening CSUs to discuss implementation progress and planning.
• 10/31: Call with DBHS Assistant Director for Adult Services, DBHS Assistant Director for Quality Assurance, DBHS Clinical Manager, and JRI Coordinator (Governor’s Office) to discuss next steps following site visits to the four counties opening CSUs.
