• 10/11: Data Monitoring & Information Sharing Issue-Specific Team meeting with ACC Program Management Administrator, ACC Information Systems Coordinator, ACC Research and Evaluation Administrator, ADC Research and Planning Administrator, Executive Administrator (Parole Board), DAABHS Assistant Director for Quality Assurance, ACIC Administrator, Sentencing Commission Attorney, APB Computer Support Analyst, ADC Software Support Analyst, and ACC Deputy Director of Field Serivces to review progress with tracking spreadsheets and discuss the team's work plan.
• 10/11: Meeting with ACC Program Management Administrator, ACC Information Systems Coordinator, and ADC Research and Statistics Supervisor to discuss analyzing data on the agency's new offender violation guide, sanctions, and revocations.
• 10/11: Meeting with APB Chairman, APB Executive Administrator and the five board commissioners to review the parole guidelines decision-making factors and discuss interviewing techniques.
• 10/11: Meeting with APB Executive Administrator to discuss training for revocation hearing judges.
• 10/11: Meeting with AAC Chief Legal Counsel to discuss next steps for selecting and training jail administrators on mental health and substance abuse screening tools.

• 10/9: Call with APB Chairman and APB Executive Administrator to discuss talking points for the parole guidelines to assist APB in answering questions regarding its design and intersection with the ARORA-PRI.
• 10/13: CSU Weekly Technical Assistance Call with DBHS Assistant Director for Adult Services, DBHS Assistant Director for Quality Assurance, DBHS Clinical Manager, and DBHS Manager, Sebastian County Judge, and other representatives of the four counties opening CSUs to share updates on planning progress and discuss best practices and steps for setting up Criminal Justice Advisory Committees to coordinate county criminal justice initiatives.
• 10/19: Call with AAC Chief Legal Counsel, ASA Executive Director, JRI Coordinator (Governor’s Office), and ACIC Director to discuss changes to ACIC's jail database to improve collection of behavioral health information.
• 10/20: Call with DFA Administrator, ACC Chief Deputy Director, and ACC Controller to check in on finalizing DFA's subaward agreement with CSG and inter-agency agreement between DFA and ACC for subaward reimbursement.
