• 9/6 - Call with DCS Assistant Commissioner, DCS Senior Policy Advisor, DCS Information Technology, DCS Chief Information OfficerGDC Assistant Commissioner, GDC Information Technology Staff to discuss the possibility of a shared dashboard between both agencies to showcase Georgia's Criminal Justice Reform story on the Department of Corrections website.
• 9/13 - Call with Manager (Community Counseling Services Unit, DCS), DCS Director of Court, Board, & Field Services, DCS Probation Officer, and University of Georgia researchers to discuss the creation of a new program evaluation tool for DCS.
• 9/18 - Call with Manager (Community Counseling Services Unit, DCS) and to discuss questions about incorporating a request for funding of a program evaluation tool into Georgia's subaward request.
• 9/18 - Call with Field Operations Director (Department of Community Supervision) and Director of Court, Board, & Field Services (Department of Community Supervision) to discuss incorporating graduation ceremonies into the probation termination process.
• 9/19 - Call with DCS Assistant Commissioner about October site visit plans and next steps on the early termination pilot.
• 9/22 - Call with Statistical Analysis Center Director (Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council) to assess Georgia’s capacity-building needs for the Justice Reinvestment Initiative (JRI) subaward with the creation of a dashboard showcasing Georgia's overall, multi-year, criminal justice story with information and assistance from Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) and Department of Community Supervision (DCS).

- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
