Bureau of Justice Assistance’s National Drug Court Resource Center is housed at the Justice Programs Office, a center at American University’s School of Public Affairs. The resource center aims to provide drug treatment court practitioners access to a wide variety of resources to make their programs as effective as possible.
For this workshop, we will explore the results of the 2017 Annual Drug Treatment Court Survey, conducted by the Justice Programs Office in partnership with the Bureau of Justice Assistance. Our analysis of the survey results will give attendees a brief snapshot of how courts currently operate, challenges to surveying drug treatment courts, and lessons learned as the Justice Programs Office moves forward.
