On November 29 and 30, 2017, Center staff Dennis Reilly traveled to Marlborough, MA to attend the conference sponsored by NEADCP, Drug Courts: Where Justice and Treatment Meet Strengthening Community Connections. On January 31, 2018, Center staff traveled to Boston, MA to facilitate a one-day strategic planning session with the board of NEADCP. This session included a review of the strategic plan, and many hours devoted to developing action steps to implement the plan. Center staff have been conducting follow-up remote TA for NEADCP including regular phone calls and emails.
In February, Center staff Karen Otis emailed an updated action plan to Roberta Garson, a member of the NEADCP board, that contained within it revisions that were made at the one-day strategic planning session held in January.
