Between October 1, 2016 (the date Impact Justice assumed full administration of the PRC) and December 31, 2016, the PRC completed 10 probationary auditor report reviews.
Each month, PRC Audit Quality team reviews probationary audit reports on an ongoing basis, as they are submitted to the PRC by auditors. This review includes a 30 day interaction with probationary status auditors to analyze and score the audit reports, and ultimately assist auditors with revising their audit reports. Each report review is tracked in a probationary tracking spreadsheet.
Between January 1st and June 30th, 2017, there have been a total of 31 probationary report reviews completed.

3 reviews opened and 10 reviews closed during reporting period. Additionally, 7 reports submitted for review during reporting period were duplicate submissions, and 7 reports were ineligible for review because they were submitted late.
PRC will design and develop a first version of a Probationary Auditor Performance Review Summary report to be used to provide detailed information on an auditor's overall performance to the PREA Management Office (PMO) for use in the ultimate certification decision.
