The auditor feedback form is comprised of complaints submitted to the PRC from various sources of information pertaining to PREA audits. I.E Victim advocates, corrections staff, PREA Coordinators etc. These complaints are reviewed regularly by the PRC, and BJA. Certain complaints are referred to PMO for a more in depth review depending upon the nature of the complaint.

Beginning October 1st 2016 (When Impact Justice began fully operating the PREA grant), there have been 4 submissions to the auditor feedback form from outside sources. These complaints have been reviewed by the PRC and BJA. None have been further referred to the PMO for an in depth investigation.
The Auditor Feedback Form is a form that people can use to submit complaints regarding auditors to the PRC. This form collects detailed information regarding the complaint, and is also forwarded to DOJ on a monthly basis.
Between January 1, 2017 and June 26th, 2017 there have been a total of 48 complaints submitted through the Feedback Form, and 3 of those complaints were formal referrals to DOJ for follow-up. The breakdown is below.
Jan: 3 total submitted complaints, & 1 referred to DOJ for followup
Feb: 4 total submitted complaints
March: 5 total submitted complaints
April: 6 total submitted complaints, & 1 referred to DOJ for followup
May: 12 total submitted complaints
June: 18 total submitted complaints, & 1 referred to DOJ for followup

8 Auditor Feedback submissions received during the reporting period. Of these:
8 were reviewed by PRC staff,
7 were referred to PMO,
2 were closed,
1 was a duplicate submission.

- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
