The PRC will operate an assistance request form on its website and will respond to assistance requests by engaging with jurisdictions, assessing what services are appropriate, and meeting the needs of the requesting organization as resources allow. All data regarding the interaction will be tracked in the PRC's information database. Full assistance cases will be reported as individual TTAs. PRC will report on quarterly volume managed.

During the reporting period starting January 1st, 2018 and ending June 30th, 2018, the PRC received 27 Requests for Assistance.
From July 1, 2018 - December 31, 2018, 20 TA requests were received and 9 TAs were closed.
From January 1, 2019 - June 30, 2019, 25 TA requests were received and 11 TAs were closed.
During the reporting period starting July 1st, 2019 and ending December 31st, 2019, the PRC received 57 TTA requests and closed 41 TTA requests.

- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
