MSU will work with the Smart Suite TTA partners (ACE, APA, JRSA, RIT) and BJA to achieve the goals and objectives of creating a community of practice around action research, partnerships, and EBP and Deliver Innovations Suite Researcher-Practitioner Fellows Academies. The SS TTA team consulted subject matter experts in the field and BJA throughout the life of the grant. Similar activities will continue under the 2021 SS TTA grant with JRSA as the lead.

In November, MSU sent the original Fellows Academy advisory/development group an update on the three original Academies and made them aware of successfully awarded Smart Suite TTA Program.
On December 13-14, MSU held a Smart Suite TTA partners meeting at George Mason University-Arlington with BJA and the respective partners. Further details can be found under Deliverable TTA. A January 4, 2017 conference call was set to discuss progress and arrange a meeting time with the BJA POCs following the inauguration.
Beginning January 4, 2017, a bi-weekly partners call was set. The calls generally last 1-1.5 hours. The calls have been instrumental in staying on track with all deliverables and for sharing ideas. Notes are taken to capture each call. A BJA representative attends the call as well.
MSU has started to prepare for a BJA POC briefing tentatively set for summer 2018. Bi-weekly calls with the partners and BJA continue.
A BJA POC Briefing was held on July 10, 2018.
MSU will met with BJA leadership on July 18, 2019 to discuss grant close-out and potential future funding. Discussions with BJA, partners, Fellows Academy graduates, and Fellows Academy Instructors continued in an effort to seek advise from the field to best provide training and technical assistance.
The INV TTA Team maintains contact during monthly calls with BJA and sporadic contact with Fellows Academy graduates as well as the CJ field in general.
Fellows Academy graduates and Instructors have or are developing resources for the Innovations, now to again be referred to as the Smart Suite, and continuing to provide guidance on grant close-out ideas.
