The Chicago, Illinois Police Department (PD) requested an assessment of its crime-fighting strategies and tactics. Dr. Malinowski and his team of subject matter experts were selected as the providers. During Phase IV, Dr. Malinowski and his team implemented the "Ideal Crime-Fighting District Model" and the "CompStat Reboot." The team worked with district personnel, University of Chicago Crime Lab analysts, command staff, and CompStat staff to establish situation rooms and relaunch CompStat. Dr. Malinowski delivered the final report to Chicago PD in February 2017.
