gIn preparation for the 2016 Healing to Wellness Court Train-the-Trainers Meeting, the Tribal Law and Policy Institute continued to conduct twice-monthly conference calls with the core Healing to Wellness Court consultant team; prepares the agenda; and gathers supporting resources.
TLPI staff member Lauren van Schilfgaarde conducted the 2016 Healing to Wellness Court Train-the-Trainers meeting, with core consultants Carrie Garrow, Charlene Jackson, Donna Humetewa Kaye, Korey Wahwassuck, and Mark Panasiewicz in attendance. Agenda items included "Our Technical Assistance: Upcoming Onsites, Modifying the Get-10 Exercise, TA Reports, Needs Assessment"; NADCP Task Force – The Standards; Family Healing to Wellness Courts: Update Children and Family Future’s Family Drug Court Guide; Tribal-State Collaborations Publication; Enhancement Training; Juvenile Healing to Wellness Courts: National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges 16 Strategies and State Courts Serving Tribal Youth; Our Next Technical Assistance Grant Application.

- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
