The Center for Court Innovation selected three pilot jurisdictions, based on a competitive application process, to assist in the implementation of a teleservices initiative. Montana was selected as one of the jurisdictions. Their project is intended to utilize technology to offer remote access to treatment, court hearings, and client supervision for the CAMO Veterans Treatment Court, located in Billings, MT.

Center for Court Innovation Treatment Court staff members Annie Schachar and Karen Otis traveled to Billings, Montana to lead a facilitated planning workshop during May 16-18th, 2016. This three-day workshop included development of mission and vision statements, needs assessment, stakeholder interviews, facilitated program designing, and action planning.
CAMO sent Center for Court Innovation Treatment Court staff completed action plan on September 29th, 2016. Center staff continue to support the implementation of the action plan through ongoing phone calls and emails.
