The Tribal Law and Policy Institute (TLPI) will provide four workshops focused on Healing to Wellness Courts at the 22nd Annual National Association of Drug Court Professionals Conference. These workshops include "Indian Country Legal Issues," "Pharmacology and MAT in Healing to Wellness Courts," "Keeping Families Together in Healing to Wellness Courts," and "Healing to Wellness Courts in Action." In addition, TLPI will be available for technical assistance consultations with tribes in attendance. Finally, TLPI will be attending the Family Drug Court Strategic Planning meeting while in attendance of the confernece.

The Tribal Law and Policy Institute submitted seven workshop proposals, including "Historical Trauma," "Indian Country Legal Issues," "Pharmacology and MAT in Healing to Wellness Courts," "Enablement Prevention Program," "Keeping Families Together in Healing to Wellness Courts," "Juvenile Healing to Wellness Courts: The Key Components," and "Healing to Wellness Courts in Action."
NADCP responded, accepted four of our proposed seven workshop proposals. Accepted proposals include "Indian Country Legal Issues," "Pharmacology and MAT in Healing to Wellness Courts," "Keeping Families Together in Healing to Wellness Courts," and "Healing to Wellness Courts in Action." TLPI will contact all relevant speakers, begin preparing materials, including contacting tribes about presenting in the "Healing to Wellness Courts in Action" presentation, and ensure all materials are submitted to NADCP.
TLPI will attend and present four workshops at the NADCP 22nd Annual Conference. In addition TLPI will be on hand to provide technical assistance consultations with tribes in attendance. Finally, TLPI will attend the Family Drug Court Strategic Planning meeting.

- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
