The Ho Chunk Adult Healing to Wellness Court has been in operation for several years. In addition to the adult court, the Ho Chunk Nation operates a Family Healing to Wellness Court and is planning a Juvenile Healing to Wellness Court.
This onsite was requested to provide training for new members, revisit the current phases, and explore team dynamics.

The Ho Chunk Adult Healing to Wellness Court requested onsite technical assistance to aid in revamping their phases in their adult court.
TLPI staff and TLPI consultant Mark Panasiewicz conducted a conference call with Ho Chunk Adult Healing to Wellness Court Coordinator Margaret Falcon and Wellness Court Judge Jo Deen Lowe. The agenda was determined for the onsite TA visit.
Consultants Mark Panasiewicz and Donna Humetewa Kaye conducted the onsite TA visit with the Ho Chunk Adult Healing to Wellness Court team. Training was conducted on pharmacology, incorporating culture and tradition, and the consultants conducted a facilitated workshop to revamp their phases.
TLPI drafted and submitted the final TA Report to the Ho Chunk Adult Healing to Wellness Court.
