Questions?

Submitted by Lauren van Sch… on

The Fort McDowell Adult Healing to Wellness Court reached out to the Tribal Law and Policy Institute requesting an onsite visit to address recent turnover among staff, resistance in communication, and general angst in team dynamics. The Tribal Law and Policy Institute conducted an initial onsite visit in July 2015. As a follow-up, TLPI was requested to conduct a follow-up onsite visit to follow-up with action items, provide training on potential due process concerns and needed policy changes, and to follow-up with internal team dynamics.
