The 46th Annual National Tribal Judicial and Court Personnel Conference, hosted by the National American Indian Court Judges Association (NAICJA), included panels entitled "Implementation of the Recommendations of the Attorney General's Task Force on American Indian & Alaska Native Children Exposed to Violence," and "Tribal Implementation of VAWA's 2013 Special Domestic Violence Criminal Jurisdiction over Non-Indians." The Tribal Law and Policy Institute presented on both of these panels at the request of the NAICJA.

The Tribal Law and Policy Institute submitted two proposals for the 2015 National American Indian Court Judges Association annual conference: one on judicial ethics,and on the Juvenile Justice Legal Code Resource, which includes resources for Healing to Wellness Courts.
The National American Indian Court Judges Association requested that the Tribal Law and Policy Institute participate in two panels: "Tribal Implementation of VAWA's 2013 Special Domestic Violence Criminal Jurisdiction over Non-Indians" and "Implementation of the Recommendations of the Attorney General's Task Force on American Indian & Alaska Native Children Exposed to Violence." TLPI agreed and subsequently began to prepare PowerPoint and other related handout materials for these presentations.
TLPI staff members Lauren van Schilfgaarde and Maureen White Eagle presented on both panels, as well as discussed questions and related matters at the TLPI table throughout the conference.
