Discussed status of FY15 Demonstration grant, which focuses largely on developing a web-based screening application. POC Cassandra McGilbra reported that they will hopefully be holding a "stakeholder's meeting" next week, as initial part of setting up their web-based application; a "What do you need out of this" meeting. Once that is completed, it will be turned over to their in-house IT for programming, etc.
TTA coach had several contacts with this site throughout this period. Cassandra McGilbra reported that one of the areas they are focusing on is the acquisition of a web-based tracking system application. Mid-February the site was planning to hold their Stakeholder's Meeting, as an initial part of setting up their web-based tracking application. The purpose of this meeting was to assess the outcomes stakeholders need from the application. The application would then be turned over to their in-house IT for programming and moving forward.
The site is planning to pilot at a site for a period of 90 days. Thereafter, training on the web-based application would be conducted regionally by 6 regional trainers, for each facility.
As of April 22, 2016, the site reported that they are still in the initiation phase of the project and the analyst is currently in discussion on moving forward.
