Generational differences can be a primary source of tension and misunderstanding in the workplace. This webinar will provide an overview of the various generations currently working in the law enforcement field including their different priorities, needs, and work styles. Presenters will provide a variety of strategies for leaders to successfully understand, motivate, and communicate with each group. Attendees will learn how to adapt their leadership style to the different cohorts within their agency and engage and retain the newest generation of officers. Presented by Chief Dave Kurz of the Durham, NH, Police Department, Lieutenant Henry "Hank" Levenson (retired) of the Gretna, LA, Police Department, and Chief Susan Rockett of the Mexico, MO, Police Department.

- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
