Between January 1 and June 30, 11 memos were drafted on the topics of Information Inquiry: Policies and Procedures, Costs Associated with the Birth of Drug and/or Alcohol Addicted/Exposed Infants, Peer Review, Certification, and/or Self-Assessment Practices for Drug Courts Being used Within States BJA Drug Court TA Project, Systems and Software for Random drug Testing used by Drug Courts, Ex Parte Communications in Drug Court/Problem Solving Court Matters, State Legislative Activity RE Marijuana: Results of the November 2014 Elections and Proposed Bills for 2015, Information Inquiry Regarding use of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) by Drug Courts, Instruments for Screening and Assessment of Drug Court Participants, Policies, Criteria and/or Procedures for Determining when a Participant Should be Terminated from the Drug Court, Drug Court Policies Relating to Drug Court Termination Decisions, and Policies RE: Fraternization and Socialization Between Participants. From January to June 2016, we continued to publish these memos. We also updated memos that had already been released to reflect changes in the field. This is an ongoing project.

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
