Sent e-mail to Mr. Wingrove on 2.11.13 asking for a time this week to set up an assessment call. Sent him assessment form and asked him to return to me before call. Received e-mail from Mr. Wingrove on 2.20.13 stating that he was available for a call on 2.22.13. Sent an e-mail to him on 2.22.13 and asked for the dates he had available for next week as I was not able to take a call on 2.22.13. Received e-,mail from Mr. Wingrove on 2.26.13 at Noon on 2.26.13 stating that he was available for a call that afternoon. Responded to him and stated that I was not available and asked for time available the next morning or later in the week. Also received letter of support from him. Call scheduled for 3.4.13.
