The New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) and the Essex County Sheriff's Office (ECSO) plan to implement a pilot solution to streamline the current warrant data process. The pilot solution will consist of the implementation of a two-way interface to enable the electronic transfer of data and provide for automatic system updates of warrant information between the identified state systems and the Warrant Module of the ECSO’s Records Management System (RMS). The goal is to have this pilot program implemented in the remaining twenty (20) counties in the state.
The ECSO is requesting a Technical Assistance (TA) Engagement to help them work with AOC to define the overall information sharing architecture, including the NIEM interface requirements.
