On June 26, 2014 from 2:00-3:00pm the American Probation and Parole Association will host a webinar entitled "A State-Level Legal Analysis of Warrantless Searches of Probationers/Parolees by Law Enforcement: Implications for Police-Probation/Parole Partnerships" to be presented by Dr. Craig Hemmens and Mr. John Turner of Washington State University (WSU) and Mr. Adam K. Matz (APPA).

On June 24th Dr. Hemmens (WSU), Mr. Turner (WSU), and Mr. Matz (APPA) did a practice run for the webinar and made final changes to the PowerPoint. Ms. Webb (APPA) and Ms. Ginter (APPA), technical support, were also available to provide assistance as needed.
Mr. Matz (APPA) compiled the evaluation results for the webinar and provided them to Mr. Chavis (BJA) on June 27th.
Mr. Matz (APPA) scheduled the webinar using GoToMeeting. In GoToMeeting the presenters' contact info as well as webinar description and details were added. In addition, evaluation questions were entered and other general settings confirmed.
Ms. Webb (APPA) and Mr. Sweeney (APPA) uploaded a recording of the webinar to APPA's YouTube Channel, and subsequently embedded the video on APPA's PSN-dedicated website at http://www.appa-net.org/psn/videos.html
Ms. Webb (APPA) posted the webinar invitation on the APPA website, Ms. Kincaid (APPA) provided a link to the invitation on APPA's e-newsletter CC Headlines, and Ms. Ginter (APPA) sent out a mass email containing the invitation.
