CSG Justice Center staff conducted technical assistance through the following activities:
12/3/24 - Email: Correspondence with WA DOC finalizing agenda topics for the upcoming afternoon strategic planning session. 12/4/24 - Email: Shared the current work plan for Washington DOC and WA Reentry Council. Recipients were asked to review the document and provide comments. 12/5/24 - Call: A final level-setting meeting call with WA DOC before the in-person meetings scheduled for 12/11/24. 12/5/24 - Email: Sent resources from North Carolina’s Reentry Council and Subcommittees, as well as their annual report to WA DOC, for reference. 12/11/24 - In-person Meeting (State Agencies and CSG): Discussed diverse research-based strategies to enhance reentry outcomes, collaborative vision of successful reentry, Reentry 2030 initiative, economic mobility barriers, and readiness within agencies to contribute. 12/11/24 - In-person Meeting (DOC and Reentry Council): Focused on workplan overview, data, Reentry Council structure for Reentry 2030, subcommittees planning, small wins, and next steps. 12/20/24 - Email: Sent a doodle poll to WA DOC, WA Reentry Council to determine the date for the next meeting and outline topics for discussion, including next steps and meeting structure. 12/23/24 - Email: Follow-up email reminding recipients to fill out the doodle poll, as not all had provided availability.

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
