Summary of Challenges
Program Introduction: Being a new program, skepticism is common, as the community is not yet familiar with them and the sensitive nature of the subject.
Building Rapport: Establishing trust and rapport within the community has been challenging.
Internal Processes: Navigating approvals and chain of command within their organization is taking time.
Addictionologist Insurance Issue: The addictionologist they are trying to onboard for MAT services in the jail is struggling to find insurance that covers all parties involved.
