This third session of the virtual FY23 SCA PFS learning community engaged grantees in discussing how to enroll and retain program participants. Discussion focused on increasing participant engagement in treatment and strategies for maintaining this engagement over time. Collaborative strategies such as innovative uses of grant funds to facilitate partnerships and to connect participants to wraparound services, were also discussed. The learning community session featured multiple breakout groups, a grantee spotlight, and exercises designed to prompt grantee peer to peer connections, information sharing, and program troubleshooting.
