Advancing Data in Corrections Summer Conference?
In July, CSG Justice Center staff continued planning for the Advancing Data in Corrections Summer Conference. CSG Justice Center staff contacted the remaining states to register for the conference, with 47 states registering. Additionally, CSG Justice Center staff continued developing the case study for the conference and working with the Resident Corrections Analysts on their analysis showcase. Lastly, CSG Justice Center staff submitted the final conference slides and printed materials to BJA for review.
Report and Model Code Repositories?
CSG Justice Center staff completed model code content. CSG Justice Center staff met with Lyrasis for consultation regarding hosting the reports on DSpace.
Community Forum and Office Hours?
The community forum and office hours launched on July 1. 76 corrections professionals from 32 states and Washington, D.C. registered for the forum in July. The first office hours were held on July 16 with 15 participants in attendance from 6 states.
Landing Page/Website?
In July, BJA approved the branding and logo for the website landing page. CSG Justice Center staff launched the Virtual Academy subpages on the landing page, which includes descriptions of additional tools and services.
Seminar Series?
CSG Justice Center staff continued to plan the first seminar series on workforce operations and workforce analysis.
