On June 27th, 2024, Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC) held their annual convening of community partners and data evaluators. The CHJ TA coach for the grantee spent the morning meeting their community EMS partner to discuss their mobile integrated health initiative. They then met with the behavioral health community provider and spoke with their recovery coaches about their community outreach and post overdose response strategy. At the convening, Brandeis University researchers reported on their environmental scan of post overdose programs and their recommendations and plan for BRPC's future post overdose program evaluation. The CHJ TA coach provided feedback on their new encounter form for outreach visits and participated in small group work to discuss driving referrals into the program. The TA coach will continue to engage with the grantee and debrief the outcomes and action steps from the meeting at the next regular coaching call.
