Advancing Data in Corrections Summer Conference?
In June, CSG Justice Center staff continued planning for the Advancing Data in Corrections Summer Conference. CSG Justice Center staff contacted the remaining states to register for the conference, which led to 40 registrations and five additional commitments to register participants soon. Additionally, CSG Justice Center staff continued developing a case study for the conference. CSG Justice Center submitted the finalized slides and an agenda to BJA and began inviting event speakers. Lastly, CSG Justice Center staff worked with the Resident Corrections Analysts on their analysis showcase for the conference.
Report and Model Code Repositories?
CSG Justice Center staff have completed model code content. CSG Justice Center staff met with Lyrasis for consultation regarding hosting the reports on DSpace.
Community Forum and Office Hours?
CSG Justice Center staff received BJA approval on branding for the program. CSG Justice Center staff continued developing language to post information about Office Hours on the Virtual Academy webpage so that those can start when the Community Forum is released. Office Hours will begin in July and occur on two Tuesdays of each month. Lastly, CSG Justice Center staff developed an Internal Office Hours Procedures document for guidance.
Landing Page/Website?
CSG Justice Center staff drafted and BJA approved updates to the current website landing page, and language on additional pages that include descriptions of additional tools and services. Also, CSG Justice Center staff made appropriate adjustments to the website landing page for the program, so it can begin hosting materials and link to the independent websites and materials developed.???
