Objective 6: Provide intensive TA to 10 states, supporting the adoption and use of the Justice Counts metrics to drive decision-making. (Founding State Work)
In Indiana CSG Justice Center staff met with the Hancock County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, the Hamilton County Community Corrections and Hamilton County Administration, the Shelby County JRAC, the Monroe County JRAC, the Dearborn and Steuben County JRACs, and the La Porte County JRAC to introduce the project. The Hancock County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and the Hamilton County Community Corrections Office both opted in due to these conversations. After a previous meeting the JRAC for Fountain, Parke, Vermillion and Warren Counties opted in to Justice Counts! CSG Justice Center staff also met with the training coordinator for the Probation Officers Professional Association of Indiana about an upcoming conference where Justice Counts will be presenting and met with the Hancock County Prosecuting Attorney's Office to prepare for onboarding.

In Louisiana the Bogalusa Police Department opted in to Justice Counts and scheduled their first onboarding session.

In Missouri CSG Justice Center staff reached out to 116 prosecution agencies to encourage them to book time and learn about the project. CSG Justice Center staff met with the Missouri Police Chief Association, the Lebanon Police Department, the Joplin Police Department, the Fordland Police Department, the Ripley County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and the Dunklin County Prosecuting Attorney's Office to introduce the project. CSG Justice Center staff also conducted onboarding sessions with the Osage County Sheriff's Office, the Kimberling Police Department and the Dunklin County Prosecutor's Office. The Breckenridge Hills Police Department, the Osage Beach Police Department, the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, the Dunklin County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and the Lebanon Police Department opted in. In total 40 prosecutors in Missouri have opted in to the project.

In New Mexico, CSG Justice Center staff were on site to meet with the Santa Fe Police Department and the Las Vegas Police Department to introduce the project. CSG Justice Center staff also presented at the New Mexico Detention Administrators and County Finance conference to 31 agencies from across the state. CSG Justice Center staff also worked with the New Mexico Sentencing commission to discuss corrections data and as a result they uploaded corrections admissions and daily population data into Publisher. Additionally, the New Mexico Association of Counties opted in. They will be sharing Capacity and Costs data for the local jails.

In Ohio, CSG Justice Center staff worked with the Franklin County Office of Justice Policy and Programs to help inform the status of the project and necessary outreach. CSG Justice Center staff also conducted an onboarding session with the Dayton Police Department and provided technical assistance to the Ohio Office of the Public Defender. The Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services added use of force data to their routine upload and shared data for the Dayton Police Department. The Youngstown Municipal Court opted in. CSG Justice Center staff were also on site in Cleveland where they met with the Cleveland Police Department, the Northeast Reintegration Center, members of the Cleveland City Council, the Cleveland State University Police Department, and the Mayor's Office. The Cleveland State University Police Department opted in during the trip.

In Pennsylvania CSG Justice Center staff met with the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office to provide technical assistance with Publisher.
