Objective 6: Provide intensive TA to 10 states, supporting the adoption and use of the Justice Counts metrics to drive decision-making. (Founding State Work)
CSG Justice Center staff sent over 1,000 emails across the Founding states, informing agencies about the project purpose and goals and setting up meetings with key stakeholders.

In Indiana, CSG Justice Center staff met with Marion County Community Corrections to prepare for onboarding. CSG Justice Center staff also met with the Justice Reinvestment Advisory Council (JRAC) representatives from Adam, Warrick, Cass, Tipton, Jasper, Fountain, Parke, Vermillion, and Warren Counties to introduce the project and learn more about the challenges of local counties.?

In Louisiana, CSG Justice Center staff introduced the project to additional staff of the Bogalusa Police Department.?

In Missouri, CSG Justice Center staff introduced the project to the Buchanan County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, who opted in, and met with the Clay County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Missouri State Public Defender's Office, the Lafayette County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, the Kimberling Police department, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Osage Beach Police Department and the St. Francois County Prosecuting Attorney's Office to provide a project overview and updates. The Kimberling Police Department also opted in after the conversation. CSG Justice Center staff also conducted onboarding sessions with the Audrain County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the Laclede County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, and the Mississippi County Attorney's Office.

In New Mexico, CSG Justice Center staff met with the New Mexico Department of Public Safety to discuss implementation.?

In Ohio, CSG Justice Center staff met with the Warren County Court of Common Pleas, the Cleveland Municipal Court, and the Ohio Community Corrections Association to introduce the project and learn about their work. CSG Justice Center staff also conducted onboarding sessions with the Dayton Municipal Couty, the Hamilton County Office of Reentry, and the Butler Township Police Department.

In Pennsylvania, CSG Justice Center staff conducted an onboarding call with the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office.?
