"Objective 5: Provide structured, ongoing support up to 15 Category 1 grantee states and support the field (4.2 Year 2 â" Justice Counts Tool Implementation) State Engagement Update: In Arizona, CSG Justice Center staff were on site and met with the Coconino County Public Defender, Coconino Sheriffâs Office, Flagstaff Municipal Court, Flagstaff Police Department, Coconino County Superior Court, Pinal County Attorney, Pinal County Sheriff, Pinal County Public Defender, and the Casa Grande City Attorney. The trip also included a presentation to the Coconino County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council. CSG Justice Center also separately spoke to the Navajo County Attorneyâs Office, who learned about the project from an earlier presentation and opted in at the end of the conversation. CSG Justice Center staff also conducted the first onboarding session with the Tucson Police Department. In Georgia, CSG Justice Center staff spoke to the Georgia Judicial Council to plan for data sharing. CSG Justice Center staff also met with the Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council to discuss partnership and participation in Justice Counts. In Illinois, CSG Justice Center staff corresponded via email with the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority to resolve some Publisher questions. The team created bulk upload templates for staff to use as a guide for how to format data for data entry.  In Indiana, CSG Justice Center staff met twice with Blackford County Community Corrections to conduct an onboarding session and conducted an onboarding session with Carroll County Community Corrections.  In Iowa, CSG Justice Center staff met with the Iowa Department of Corrections to brainstorm potential recruitment activities including a future site visit.  In Louisiana, CSG Justice Center staff met with the East Baton Rouge Criminal Justice Coordinating Council to discuss next steps, as well as with the New Orleans Office of Criminal Justice Coordination to plan for an upcoming meeting. In Missouri, CSG Justice Center staff met with the St. Louis Circuit Attorneyâs Office and the Taney County Prosecuting Attorneyâs Office to promote the project, as well as with the St. Louis Criminal Justice Coordinating Council to strategize for recruitment in St. Louis County. CSG Justice Center staff also conducted onboarding sessions with the Livingston County Prosecuting Attorneyâs Office, New Madrid County Prosecuting Attorneyâs Office and the Osage County Prosecuting Attorneyâs Office.  In New Mexico, CSG Justice Center staff met the New Mexico Sentencing Commission to get realigned with the goal of conducting onboarding during an in-person visit in February. CSG Justice Center staff also met with the New Mexico Association of Counties to discuss New Mexico participation.   In North Carolina, CSG Justice Center staff met with the North Carolina Criminal Justice Analysis Center to discuss onboarding strategy and get an update on agency recruitment.  In Ohio, CSG Justice Center staff met with the Northeastern Ohio Community Alternative Program (NEOCAP) to talk about how community-based correctional facilities have been utilizing Justice Counts. CSG Justice Center staff also participated in a virtual kickoff event for the Franklin County Common Pleas Court and answered specific questions about their implementation goals. CSG Justice Center staff met with the Eastern Ohio Corrections Center for an onboarding session. In Oregon, CSG Justice Center staff met with the Criminal Justice Commission to troubleshoot data sharing and discuss potential recruitment methods. In Pennsylvania, CSG Justice Center staff met with the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) to provide an update on recruitment efforts in Pennsylvania. CSG Justice Center staff also met with the Swatara Police Department to provide a project overview and conducted a pre-onboarding session with the Dauphine County District Attorneyâs Office.  In Washington, CSG Justice Center staff met with the Thurston County Prosecutorâs Office to promote Justice Counts. CSG Justice Center staff also conducted an onboarding session with the Thurston County District Court and two onboarding sessions with the Seattle Police Department. In Wisconsin, CSG Justice Center staff met with staff from the Wisconsin Department of Justice and VINE to discuss a potential Wisconsin-specific data sharing partnership. "
