11/29/23- CHJ staff scheduled follow-up call with Kari and team to discuss their program's progress. Kari explained that they are still trying to expand their existing program to serve adult clients (their current deflection/diversion services centers on juveniles), but they are encountering challenges finding an entity/department that is able to house this expansion of the program effectively.
