The PRC is contracting with Arkus, Inc. to review existing PRC Salesforce security settings and recommend changes according to standard security best practices. This includes reviewing user access to records and files, user session settings, login password security, multi-factor authentication for login, and record page layouts. In addition to these recommendations, Arkus, Inc. implemented a suite of security settings (Salesforce Shield) that strengthens the PRC's cybersecurity posture. These features include file encryption to protect sensitive and confidential files in the event of a breach, enabling configuration audit to allow system administrators and other permitted users to view configuration changes at the org level, and increasing history tracking to allow more fields to track when their values have changed.
