PRC TTA coaching staff initiated outreach via e-mail correspondence to this grant site's designated point of contact on March 5th and March 23rd to coordinate and schedule a conference call. The goal is to schedule a call with the Florida DOC team for the purpose of identifying their training and technical assistance needs and determining how the PRC can best support this site's implementation of their grant. The site has acknowledged the PRC outreach, but has not yet scheduled a call. During this call, the PRC TA coaches will review the key program aspects of the grant and ask clarifying questions about site-specific priorities and implementation challenges. This needs assessment process will help the PRC TTA coaching staff to better understand the range of proposed activities and to identify core technical assistance needs shared across multiple sites. This process will also inform the development of a TTA plan for the BJA FY '14 PREA demonstration grant sites. The PRC TTA coaches will also describe the range of materials and support available to the agency.
Scheduled and attempted to hold call with the Florida DOC to introduce them to their designated PRC coach while providing quarterly outreach to the site for the purpose of check-in and progress monitoring. KD is the coach. The site was a "no-show" for the call. This site has a history of "forgetting" scheduled calls. The call has been rescheduled.

This site has extended their grant originally scheduled to end Sept 2015. The PREA Coord. I snot sure if it has been extended to March or Sept 2016. Sept. 2016 seems more likely as they have much work to do to establish MOU's with local community service providers
Scheduled and held call with the grantee to provide quarterly outreach to the site for the purpose of check-in and progress monitoring.
The site reports they will be filing for an extension as they intend to rewrite the personnel portion of their grant and redirect that funding to support the cost of audits.
