NCIA, primarily through its PIECP Technical Consultant, is tasked with updating the PIECP Growth summary document that was submitted to BJA in 2013. Work was begun on formulating the follow up questions to examine the strategies and processes of the most successful PIECP programs in order to share that with other certificate holders. Interviews will be conducted in the upcoming reporting period and the report will be drafted. The update of PIECP activity itself will be completed once the fourth quarter 2014 statistical reports have been submitted by all certificate holders.

NCIA, in conjunction with its PIECP Technical Consultant, conducted follow up interviews and emails with the largest seven PIECP certificate holders and completed an update to the 2013 PIECP "Approaches to Growth by PIECP Certificate Holders" report for BJA. This report will be appended to the PIECP Semi-Annual Report on the GMS.

Follow up Focus Group meetings will continue in the next reporting period with a final draft published with the closing report of this grant on April 30, 2017.
During this reporting period, NCIA's Grant Manager worked with the focus group to finalize a two-page PIECP Business Development Model document entitled PIECP Business Development Strategies and Resources that the focus group found pertinent to potential PIECP growth.
