SL emailed site coordinator to check in on their progress with the DA's office and their subcontract. Site coordinator let SL know that they were still trying to set up a call with the DA's office, but had no other issues they needed to discuss.
SL followed up with site coordinator following their meeting with the DA's office to answer a few follow up questions regarding their role as the grantee and handling the DA's office subcontract. Site Coordinator also had questions regarding their FY20 award. The SL confirmed with the Site Coordinator that the ADA will be able to work the FGG case and that they should provide a very strong justification for doing a sole source contract with BODE for FGG if that is the route they choose to take. SL also let them know that since FGG was included in their initial grant application that was approved by BJA, they will not need to get a case-by-case approval for using FGG testing.
