Andre met with the new IMPD site coordinator, Jane French, who recently started in this role. The old site coordinator left unexpectedly and the Law Enforcement representative also retired for the agency. Jane reviewed materials and is settling into her role.
Andre will check in with the site coordinator as she progresses and send her relevant information and connections.
Crystal and I met with the site, to help ease the transition with the new site coordinator, Jane French. Janice Mitchell, one of the grant managers also attended the meeting and they discussed short term plans.
Connect the site with Dr. Melton to provide additional guidance about partially tested kits.
Andre met with the site coordinator (Jane) and both grant managers for the monthly check in. Jane has recently completed a local media interview, describing the department's progress. She gave feedback that our earlier meeting with the lab about partially tested kits was well received and they are on track to provide a phased inventory approach soon.

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
