January monthly check-in meeting that also served as the initial discussion of the transition of SAMS once their grant ends in September 2021. Recommended discussing the SAU assessment during the next check-in.

Continued discussion about SAMS, including contracts Portland holds with SAKI sites and current ownership of the system. Also discussed the timeline for a SAU assessment and whether it would be feasible with their grant ending in Sept. Recommended Susan speak with PPB leadership soon about a SAU assessment in order to schedule it before the end of their grant.
Susan provided the boilerplate language for the contracts with SAKI sites.

Discussed submission of NCE and upcoming TTA needs, including the review of a trauma-informed training Portland developed for law enforcement. Provided an update on the timeline for the SAU assessment. Discussed SAMS and Portland's plan for SAMS in case the NCE is not approved and RTI is unable to take ownership.
June monthly check-in. Sent dates and times for the July check-in, informed them that check-ins will be telephone only once a quarter and the rest will be via email, provided an update for the SAKI TTA review of the trauma-informed response training, and asked if they have any TTA requests.
