SD SAKI let Paige know that they have completed 2 of their 3 phases of their statewide inventory. They asked for assistance with inventory certification.
Paige sent the inventory certification pdf and let them know to be sure to be clear about the phases they were submitting for certification. She requested that the submit the form to her for SAKI TTA review.
Raina sent the inventory certification form for Phase 1 & 2 to be reviewed by SAKI TTA.
SAKI sent recommendations for strengthening the Phase 1&2 Inventory Certification and provide places that needed clarification.
Needed documentation for the types of partially tested kits that SAKI defines.
Sent email with details on these kits.
Raina emailed to ask whether the Phase 3 Certification form would include the entire inventory or just Phase 3.
Paige let her know it would be just Phase 3. Paige checked in with how things were going talking to the lab. Raina said they were working with them, and Paige let her know if they needed a Lab SME to get on a call we could.
During check-in call, the site updated us with where they are on their inventory.
Made recommendations for talking with the Crime Laboratory about the partially tested kit inventory.
SD SAKI sent their inventory certification form for Phase 3, which includes the partially tested kits, for review by SAKI TTA ahead of BJA approval.
Paige sent SD SAKI the questions and edit requests from SAKI TTA Leadership on the Phase 3 Inventory Certification Form.
Raina sent the updated Inventory Certification Form for Phase 3 for additional review.
SAKI TTA Leadership approved the form, and it was sent to BJA for approval.
BJA had a few more questions about the partially tested kits, so those were sent to Raina.
SD SAKI confirmed they were working on it, and they were documenting everything they were checking.
Pattie held call with SD SAKI to provide additional information for partial kit inventory.
Site is going to gather information that is requested.
