Over this reporting period, we are working on numerous configurations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our central Salesforce database. This includes implementing a new, robust plan for setting permissions around user type, moving to using Salesforce as the system of record for auditor certification data, updating the connected audit initiation form to collect more details and streamline some elements of the data collection process, cleaning out defunct fields on the Contact page layout and in the sync from the Absorb LMS, creating dashboards for particular use (auditor training candidate management) and to accompany the new user profiles, building out a process to track peer reviews and allow associated submissions, and setting up a linked application process for PREA Academy 101 prospective learners.
