During this reporting period, TIPS coaches have been working with their grantee sites to develop Final Project Planning Packages. Coaches met with sites on a regular basis to review draft documents and provide feedback on each sites project plans. Once the site and coach finalize their Final Project Planning Package the materials are submitted to the PRC for internal review.

The PRC has received 11 Final Project Plan Packages from TIPS sites. Programmatic and financial staff from Impact Justice have begun an internal review of these packages. Due to Covid challenges among TIPS sites we are still awaiting final packages from TIPS sites.
The following TIPS sites have had their Final Project Packages approved by BJA: Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center, Pulaski County Juvenile Detention Center, Suffolk County, Talbert House, Dukes County, Vernon County, BEXAR COUNTY CSCD-APPLEWHITE RECOVERY CENTER, Penobscot County Jail, Sangamon County Juvenile Detention Center, NYC Administration for Children Services, Eastern Ohio Correction Center, Bernalillo County Youth Services Center, Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, and Somerset County Sheriff's Office.

- General information regarding the request for TTA services, i.e., the who, what, where, when, and why.
- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
