Woodbury Pubic Safety (WPS) decided to push their remote site visit back from January to March 2021. In this reporting period, the action plan with the findings from the site visit were presented to WPS leadership. WPS decided to pause on moving forward with the CS360 implementation recommendations due to upcoming changes in leadership. In June 2021, WPS re-engaged with NPF and discussed CS360 implementation. NPF provided an Advisory Team workshop to an internal group from WPS. NPF plans to provide trainings in the next reporting period to WPS on understanding analysts for police manages, analysts 101, and communications.
