Susan reached out with information about SAMS and how to operate it as well as requested a time to meet with RTI leadership to discuss the transition.

Internal meeting to discuss how RTI can take on SAMS and important questions to ask Portland. Kevin requested to develop a list of questions to ask as well as contacting Site Liaisons to reach out to SAKI sites who have SAMS to gather general feedback and comments on the system.

Cleaned the notes from the initial discussion with PPB about the SAMS transition and sent the notes to the internal RTI to review and provide feedback. Kevin recommended scheduling another internal meeting to discuss options for the transition and to include a RTI colleague in the meeting with technical, software development, and implementation experience.

During the May monthly check-in, Kevin and I let Portland know that RTI would not be able to take over SAMS at this time.
Recommended they reach out to BJA to discuss SAMS.
