10/1- CHJ initiated contact regarding the grantees FY2018 grant status/profile complete. Introductory meeting to discuss grantee's grant plan and present CHJ TTA services; resources sent on addiction and recovery in tribal communities, in addition to addiction screening tools, and guidance on suicide prevention
CHJ sent the agency the following resources:
-ATTC (Addiction Technology Transfer Center Network) has great resources on addiction and recovery for tribal communities.

CHJ will also connect the agency to a similar Alaskan tribal community to discuss what deflection/diversion look like for them. 1/19 Discussion around potential training topics; inclusion of peer recovery; other COSSAP offerings and TA providers. 2/1 Grantee initated call to discuss COSSAP spending and further plans for their grant funded outreach process; CHJ will reach out to connect to a tribal community in St. Paul, Alaska who is doing community outreach and wellness courts to address community challenges; CHJ is also setting up a call with Fox Valley to discuss this TA and get recommendations on CHJ's continuing participation in this TA or if Fox Valley should continue the TTA. 2/9 CHJ Call with Fox Valley to discuss TTA and get their input on the best path forward for the grantee
3/1 Call to discuss COSSAP spending and further plans for their grant funded outreach process Fox Valley to discuss TTA and get their input on available resources. 3/29 Connection to Rural Cap is in progress; PH has worked with them previously; discuss community needs assessment. 4/6, 5/7, 5/14, 5/17, 5/25 continue to discuss community needs assessment; aligning FY2018 and FY2019 budgets; do these need scope changes to meet the current needs of the community. Next call TBD. On the next call we will establish the status of the FY19 grant, if an NCE will be submitted and if a scope change is needed. Because progress has not been made towards needs identified by the TTA providers (CHJ and FV) and shared resources not utilized, we will also establish future TTA needs for PH from CHJ and Fox Valley. It was determined that Fox Valley will continue the TA with Port Heiden to develop their community needs assessment. No further TA needs from CHJ are identified at this time. TA close date is 6/30/2021is with the potential for future TTA support like strategic action planning.
