After the initial call in July, CHJ and CJCC had a follow-up call in October to discuss program data collection and the completion of their TTA request. CJCC has made significant progress since its initial TA request. To date, they have thirty-one documented interactions with individuals identified with a SUD in the last four weeks. The clinician rides along with two patrol officers to identify potential eligible clients. They also host provider meetings and weekly frontline staff meetings to address any programming concerns and meet with their advisory board. They were granted additional funding to support their data collection efforts. They are also using a data platform that will allow partners to push/pull information to track clients and resources for the client's continuum of care. CJCC is interested in learning about other software platforms similar programs are using. CHJ recommendations: -The COSSAP email exchange listserv allows sites to share information on platforms they are currently using. -The site should consider taking advantage of the LE/FR mentoring initiative to gain additional support. -The site could update/advertise on social media sites as well as partner sites, share stories, and get the word out to the community about the program. CHJ and CJCC decided that this TA will be opened until early December to ensure all of the data concerns are resolved. Resources and assistance were provided.
