The field initiated TA and Contact Us inquiries are responded to each and every day by myself and Peg Ritchie. This report captures the activity for the month of December.
TA inquiries and Contact Us inquiries come from across the country. We receive inquiries from State, Federal, Tribal, and Local entities. These inquiries are made by Administrators, Managers, and other field based staff from agencies representing adult systems and juvenile systems.

Yes we utilized our team of providers to deliver the TA work that Peg and I could not do. We used TMG for 2 Level 111 presentations.

For the month of December the following data is being reported: TA inquires - 14; Contact Us inquiries - 101. The TA inquiries were categorized into the following Levels 1,2,3,4. We handled 12 Level 1 inquiries; 0 Level 2 inquiries; 2 Level 3 inquiries; and 0 Level 4 inquiries. Of the Contact Us inquiries the topics broke out as follows: Audit related inquiries; Standards related inquiries; Material and Training inquiries followed by inquiries about the new Field Training Program recently launched by the PRC.

- General information regarding the request for TTA services, i.e., the who, what, where, when, and why.
- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
