The Hidalgo County Adult Probation Department?s Substance Abuse Treatment Facility, Edinburg, TX. requests coaching services and employee training curriculum review to guide them on how to enhance their employee training in the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) for their community corrections facility. Coaching services will be provided via conference calls 3 times a week at 2 to 2.5 hours increments beginning 3/18/2020 (or as soon as the contract is executed) through 3/31/2020, which will include an overview of the Training and Education Section of the Community Confinement Facilities PREA standards. Also, during this provision of service time period a review of their Employee Training PowerPoint, PREA curriculum and related policies. 1 to 1.5 hours each week will be allotted for research, email response and clarity/follow up phone calls outside of the weekly coaching conference calls.
