The CSG Justice Center has made significant progress on new efforts to establish the Law Enforcement (LE) Technical Assistance (TA) Center (a temporary name until the official name is selected with BJA), an objective through this award. As proposed, the CSG Justice Center will set up and operate a national center and information clearinghouse to advance state, local, and tribal policy and practice that will both increase the adoption of collaborative responses and improve existing Police-Mental Health Collaborations (PMHCs). To that end, the CSG Justice Center has established a web page for the LE TA Center on the CSG Justice Center's website with a form that people can use to request TA and a dedicated toll-free phone number and email address. A launch plan memo was submitted to BJA on May 11 that included a link to a non-live version of the user-friendly web page, which will be prominently featured on the CSG Justice Center homepage, the Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program project page, and relevant topic pages (including mental health [MH] and LE).
