July-Dec. 2023: Worked this Fall to collect the data we need for the report. All of the collection was finalized last month.

NCSC is planning a summer webinar series to publicize the findings. Four additional papers—Jury Operations in State Courts, Criminal Trials in US Courts, and High-Profile Trials have been drafted and are in the graphic design/layout stage of publication, after which they will be circulated for comment among STS team members. The remaining topics (Civil Jury Trials in US Courts; Jury Improvement Priorities in State Courts; and Jury Trial Innovations) will be drafted in the second quarter of 2024.
July-Dec. 2024: 4 reports were approved this reporting period and a web series this spring will share the findings of these reports. Approved reports are on: Criminal Trials, Civil Trials, High Profile Trials, and Jury Improvements and Operations. Work is underway to create a page to host this content.
