The VALOR Officer Safety and Wellness Program’s “Executive Leadership Workshop” inspires, educates, and challenges law enforcement executives to advance officer safety and wellness strategies within their own agencies.
This four-hour workshop is a law enforcement executive-facilitated event that:
- Addresses leadership strategies;
- Discusses policies, procedures, and best practices;
- Explores new ideas and no-cost resources; and
- Provides an opportunity to develop a customized executive action plan.
This workshop is intended to provide law enforcement officers at the executive level with information to implement organization-wide change.
This training is only open to currently sworn law enforcement officers.
