Introductory call with MD GOCCP grantee. Discussed objectives (test unsubmited; support victims; establish tracking and notification protocols). Discussed phased approach, investigator training resources; requested success stories. Notified of grantees' meeting and site visits.
Ruthie requested from TTA team and sent to MD team resources on statewide tracking system; MDT makeup; investigator training protocol; phased approach examples.
Discussed inventory-related budget restriction (approved a few weeks ago); challenges faced due to phased inventory process, esp with Montgomery County; implementation and evaluation of a tracking system; possible upcoming site successes (legislation pushed through on sexual assault); site visits in future.
Sent mini-curriculum with resources mentioned above.
Checked in on phased inventory process, proceeding more quickly than planned; Ruthie previously helped MD get BJA approval for a phased inventory procedure that left Montgomery County to the side to inventory their own kits while proceeding with other counties simultaneously. Provided list of SMEs for site visits. Determined blackout dates for site visits.
Carrie Williams is no longer the chair of SAKI committee; now Zenita is.
Site received Montgomery County inventory data; lots of inaccuracies, and site has sent data back for review. Jessica will complete the report.
Testing subcommittee will meet in July to discuss tracking system.
Ruthie will send data on prioritization of kits when not related to statutes of limitation.

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
